Tycho is a specialist of inventory management and Supply Chain Management. He is described as critical and social and being focussed on results.

He started his career in the energy sector at Gasunie. For his university thesis, he developed a model for determining logistical parameters for spare parts. He then successfully carried out a number of diverse process improvement projects.

Tycho is mainly used for projects where coordination within the organisation is of great importance. At Gasunie, he implemented the model that he had developed by coordinating and leading a project to improve the procedure for authorising suppliers and ensuring contract agreements could be improved and clarified.
