1. CRM Administration & Pipeline Management
- Act as internal CRM administrator and system champion
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client, company, and opportunity records
- Ensure CRM data integrity across contacts, companies, and opportunities
- Support consultants in maintaining accurate deal stages and next-step actions
- Monitor inactive or stalled opportunities and prompt internal follow-up
- Coordinate structured commercial follow-ups (e.g. NDAs, meeting confirmations, documentation reminders)
- Participate in sales management meetings to align CRM usage practices
- Support continuous improvement of CRM workflows and internal adoption
- Act as point of contact and key-user for all CRM related topics
- Provide flexible sales support, including occasional followup calls to warm prospects.
2. Commercial Reporting & Insights
- Generate pipeline and sales performance reports for management
- Maintain sales funnel visibility through accurate CRM data management
- Track opportunity progress and follow-up requirements
- Support reporting requirements for Sales and Marketing through CRM-derived insights
- Assist in compiling inputs for management reporting and commercial reviews
3. Marketing Campaign Coordination
- Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns that support sales initiatives
- Prepare audience and contact lists for campaigns, tenders, and events
- Monitor tender portals and vendor dashboards for commercial opportunities
- Support basic campaign performance tracking and reporting
- Assist with preparing marketing logistics and required materials (e.g. brochures, presentations, corporate gifts)
- Support basic market scanning and competitor research as required
- Provide active coordination support for commercial and marketing campaigns as required, including assisting with campaign preparation, execution, and follow-up activities
4. Executive Support
Provide structured administrative support to the CEO where required, including:
- Coordination of selected commercial meetings,
- Follow-ups, and related documentation linked to sales, and
- Business development activities.
