Jaimee is a driven and solutions-oriented Industrial Engineer with a passion for improving systems, optimising processes, and creating practical impact through collaboration and innovation. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Stellenbosch University, where she developed a strong foundation in process improvement, data analysis, and operational efficiency.
Prior to joining Gordian, Jaimee began her professional career at ALC, where she gained valuable experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment through the company’s Graduate Program. She later progressed into the role of Junior Continuous Improvement Engineer, contributing to process optimisation initiatives and strengthening her technical and problem-solving capabilities. Her academic research further reflects her innovative mindset, focusing on the use of gamification to enhance technician training and engagement in the automotive aftersales industry.
