Junior Supply Chain Assistant
Zander is currently in the process of completing his BCom in International Supply Chain Management.
Before joining Gordian, he worked as a Merchandise Assistant at Safari Outdoor, where he gained practical experience in stock planning, data management, supplier relationships and day-to-day retail operations. This strengthened his interest in data-driven planning, inventory management and operational optimisation.
Zander believes in “trusting the process” and is particularly interested in understanding how strong planning and better use of data can improve supply chain performance. His background in rugby, including representing South Africa in Sevens Rugby, has also shaped his approach to challenges, teaching him the value of discipline, teamwork, resilience and staying calm under pressure.
Outside of work and his studies, Zander enjoys golf, running, CrossFit and taking on new experiences that push him outside his comfort zone.
