Toolkit for Designing Collaborative Service Innovations

In the MARCONI project, Kars Mennens, Paul van Fenema and Dominik Mahr developed a toolkit for designing collaborative service innovations. During MARCONI, this toolkit was used to collaboratively develop a predictive maintenance service for warship systems with the Navy, Thales and RH Marine. This toolkit offers a stepwise process and provides templates, tips and tricks to integrate the different perspectives and backgrounds of collaboration partners to ultimately arrive at a shared design and vision for the service.
