Misha is a consultant with strong social and analytical skills, who likes to search for creative solutions delivering maximum client and company results. With his broad interest in technologies, ranging from IT to aerospace, he approaches complex problems from multiple perspectives.

Before joining Gordian, Misha gained several years of working experience as a preventive maintenance consultant at MaxGrip, working for clients in oil, steel and food industries. With a Master's degree in Management of Technology at TU Delft under his belt, he then specialised in the role of technology in business administration. During his graduation research, he designed an optimized and innovative innovation process for Airbus Defence and Space. Throughout his activities, Misha is continuously looking for possibilities to further maximize personal development.
